Salve Regina University is hosting a screening of documentary filmmaker’s Craig Leeson’s film A Plastic Ocean, about finding of plastic waste in what should be pristine seas. Following the film, Clean Ocean Access staff will discuss local efforts to tackle plastic pollution and how the organization is working to eliminate marine debris and improve water quality in and around Aquidneck Island.
