38th Annual Christmas in Edgartown
Voted Best of the Vineyard for the fourth year in a row, Christmas in Edgartown is a weekend festival you don’t want to miss! Over 100 Edgartown and Island businesses participate in the weekend festivities. Seal Spotting & Birding Cruise
This 2.5-hour cruise aboard Spirit of the Sound™, a 65-foot catamaran running quietly on hybrid-electric propulsion, seeks out seals near the Norwalk Islands as they “haul out” to rest on rocks exposed at low tide. Birders have unique “on-the-water” access to see and photograph visiting winter waterfowl such as buffleheads, mergansers, Brant geese and long-tailed ducks. Return to the River
This Hudson River Community Sailing event brings together students and families in the HRCS youth development programs, adult sailing club members, and the general public. Students will bless, launch and sail the wooden boats they’ve built during the winter, volunteers and staff will offer short sailing lessons free of charge, and there will be maritime-themed workshops, food and music.
