Successful completion of this 2-part course, presented by the CCA with the Bermuda Race Foundation and the New York Yacht Club, yields a World Sailing-approved Offshore Personal Survival Course certificate. For the first time ever, in 2023 the three odd-year ocean races in the northeastern United States are jointly sponsoring an educational event. The Marion Bermuda Race, as lead organizer, has joined with the Marblehead Halifax Race and the Bermuda 1-2 Race, to offer this unique event.
