SoundWaters Flotilla 19 presented by Legg Mason Global Asset Management

With a mission of “Paddling to Protect Long Island Sound,” this fundraising event for kayakers and stand up paddle boarders comprises a 4-mile paddle from Cove Island Park on the east side of Stamford, CT and Weed Beach in Darien, CT to Boccuzzi Park on Stamford Harbor, followed by a classic beach party.
Along the way, paddlers will be fully supported by guide boats with water, snacks and aid. SoundWaters will also have a convenient shuttle to get you and your kayak/board back to Cove Island or Weed Beach.
Everyone paddling in the Flotilla – adults and children – will raise at least $150 in donations to support SoundWaters education programs.
