Whalers Race

Hosted by New Bedford Yacht Club in South Dartmouth, Massachusetts and first sailed in 1932, the Whalers Race is open to all yachts with a minimum LOA of 21 feet, including Multihulls with a NEMA rating and PHRF Monohulls in Spinnaker, Non-Spinnaker, Double-handed Spinnaker and Double-handed Non-Spinnaker classes.
The race starts and finishes outside Padanaram Harbor, and the course includes marks off Cuttyhunk Island, Nomans Land and Block Island.
